Flat White
Step 1

3/4 Textured milk30-35ml espresso.
Pour slowly & steadily from above the rim of the cup until you get to the three quarter mark.
Step 2

1/2cm layer of foam
3/4 textured milk
30-35ml espresso
Then quickly lower the jug to the rim and increase the speed of pour for the last quarter.
Latte
Step 1

1/2 Textured milk30-35ml espresso.
Pour slowly & steadily from above the rim of the cup until you get to half way.
Step 2

1cm layer of foam
3/4 textured milk
30-35ml espresso
Then quickly lower the jug to the rim and increase the speed of pour for the second half.
Cappuccino
Step 1

1/4 Textured milk
30-35ml espresso.
Pour slowly & steadily from above the rim of the cup until you get to the one quarter mark.
Step 2

1/3 layer of foam
1/2 textured milk
30-35ml espresso
Then, quickly lower the jug to the rim & increase the speed of pour for the last three quarters of the cup.
